I welcomed Courtney to my team in early 2025, because my business had truly outgrown the 'one woman show' era. Courtney assists me with all kinds of behind-the-scenes tasks, and you'll interact with her in the inquiry and booking process as well.

I hesitated at first in shifting any front-facing work to anyone else, because it is so important to me that every client continues to receive the same personal attention I have always provided. But as my workload increased again and again, and my response times to texts and emails slowed due to high volume, I knew that Courtney would drastically improve the service I am able to provide - there is nothing less personal about it! Instead, she is a vital part of providing the best customer service possible, and has years of experience in this capacity for other thriving businesses.

And if you notice similarities between us, that's because she's also my sister (and we have two more)! Courtney is truly the closest connection point I can provide to all of my clients, aside from myself.
