As a mother who has birthed four babies of my own, I know the bump-to-baby journey well, with all its ups and downs. My job is to bottle up all of the best emotions of this stage while adding zero stress to your life. I'll make sure you look every bit as beautiful as you deserve, and I have a wardrobe stocked full for you with dresses that fit every stage of motherhood.
Your home, my studio, or outdoors - there are many perfect locations to document your growing family, and I offer photo collections designed just for this stage.

I don't need your children to behave or your husband to pose uncomfortably. I don't do silly poses and I don't embarrass anyone, and I promise you don't need to be photogenic. I don't need your family to be anything that you're not.
I've been at this for a decade, so I've seen it all - and I can work with it all, from cranky toddlers to shy children to teens who would rather be anywhere else. The only thing I need for gorgeous photos is for you all to show up ready to have fun with each other... and some pretty light, of course!

Celebrating mothers is one of my greatest joys. I host a motherhood event in my studio each spring, but I also love photographing mothers all year long.

What I do isn't anything like the family photography you grew up on. I offer a seamless experience from start to finish (and well beyond). Working with me is stress-free in every way, and I guarantee that you'll go home with images you're obsessed with and want all over your walls!

I offer a very large collection of beautiful wardrobe items for women, babies, and children up to around age 7. I have dozens of dresses designed to flatter women of all stages of motherhood, and I save my clients hundreds of dollars and hours of stress shopping. Every client has access to all of this at no additional cost, but it is of course optional. Whether you're interested in my collection or not, I will help you put together a wonderful set of outfits for your family that will greatly enhance your final images.
Every session includes a large credit toward prints and other products. It's so important to me that your memories don't sit on a hard drive and that you are able to view your photos on a daily basis - they're meant to bring light and joy and love to your life, and remind you why family is so wildly wonderful! My prints and products are heirloom quality without the heirloom price tag - and you can shop right from your private online gallery.

I have TWO private studio options that I've designed to be a home-away-from-home for my clients. They were created with newborn and motherhood sessions in mind, but they're also amazing for branding sessions, head shots, and smaller family sessions when the weather isn't nice. Every client is welcome to use these spaces at no additional cost, though I love shooting in client homes and outdoors as well.
If you've ever looked into hiring a photographer before, you'll quickly realize that we all have different ways of structuring our pricing. Personally, I believe in including high resolution, fully edited and retouched images with every session. There are zero hidden costs in my offerings - ever - and you'll go home with dozens of stunning photographs to cherish for decades.

Frequently asked questions
how far out do I need to schedule?
It depends on what time of year you're hoping for your session! Fall is the most in-demand time of year, and often books up months in advance. If you're able, schedule sooner rather than later. However, I always try to accommodate, so send me a note even if you're planning a little last-minute.
do you offer mini sessions?
Yes! I refer to them as petite sessions, and I offer them exclusively during special events a couple times each year. I consistently host a spring motherhood event, and a fall family event. If you're interested, reach out for details and make sure you're on my email list so you don't miss out when I release them!
do you include images in your fee?
I do! You may have noticed that photographers have many different types of pricing structures. From one busy mom to another, I prefer to keep everything simple. That means that your fee includes everything: my planning assistance, access to my wardrobe and studio, your session time, high resolution images, and a large credit toward prints and products. There are no hidden costs, ever.
are you available for travel?
Possibly! Reach out to me with details, and I'd love to discuss options. Even better: get a friend to book a session as well, and any travel costs will be split.
