Can I just say — big families are some of my absolute favorite sessions to photograph? I know that might surprise you, because the common assumption is that more kids means more chaos means more stress. And yes, there is usually chaos involved! But there is also so much energy and personality and genuine interaction happening, and that translates into the most incredible, lively, full-of-life images.
If you have a lot of kids and you’ve been hesitant to book a session because you’re convinced yours are too wild or too unpredictable — please hear me when I say that is exactly the kind of session I love. I’m not looking for perfect stillness and coordinated smiles. I’m looking for your family, in all of its loud, busy, beautiful reality.
