I photographed this styled bohemian elopement right before spring had truly begun to come to Boise. The air was still quite chilly, but the sun was shining and this elopement was so full of warmth and love.
This bohemian, fitted lace gown flattered the bride beautifully, and the full length veil kept it feeling bridal and not overly casual. I am such a fan of gowns that are not quite white! The depth and texture of lace over champagne or taupe is something I’ve loved for years, though a classically beautiful white crepe is still often a gorgeous choice as well.
Grooms in blue are also a favorite of mine! This suit happened to be from H&M, and fit this groom perfectly without any tailoring. I wanted my own husband to wear blue or gray as well, but when we got married (waaaaaay back in 2010, ha!), we didn’t have nearly as many options readily available. I find blue to be such a wonderful option for a groom who wants to look classic, classy, and yet just a little more summery or relaxed.
